Tessa Woodward on professional lifecycles

just wanted to share brilliant Tessa Woodward’s talk on the professional lifecycles research at IH DOS conference. full of interesting bits and makes you understand different behaviors of people around you just a little bit better. Everything about how our professional life can evolve and about burnout, as well as pedagogical tinkering and professional satisfaction.

And I quite agree with a seemingly surprising quotation about “tending one’s own private garden, pedagogocally speaking,..” from Huberman.
